Ticketing

You can always book tickets to any part of the world through us. Especially it becomes actual in peak periods when you plan to visit Dubai from your City and tickets are not available, but by virtue of some reasons it can be booked in Dubai. How it works? For an example: you have decided to get the ticket on Emirates Airlines in your city, let us say, Moscow and Representative Emirates office regrets. It is not necessary to despair - contact us. Most likely we can get tickets here in Dubai.

We do the booking (s.o.t.o.) on the surnames specified by you and redeem tickets on a ne Emirates Airlines cessary route, for example: Moscow-Dubai-Moscow. Then we send you two codes. You simply go to Emirates Office in Moscow and they will issue tickets for you. The ticket amount will be added to the invoice of total package.

Russian and Ukrainian entry visas

Going to Russia or Ukraine on tourist, business trip, or just intend to visit friends? We will facilitate your circulations on instances, and provide confirmation of hotel accommodation in the country and make it in short terms. You just have to visit our office twice: first - to hand over documents and second- to take away the passport with the visa.

Main Russian visas

1. Russian Tourist Visa

This visa type is issued to tourists who have booked accommodation in Russia for non-business reason. Tourist visas are issued for a maximum of 30 days. A tourist visa is best when you know exactly where and how long you will be staying without diverting from your planned itinerary. For a tourist visa to Russia, you must have confirmed accommodations or transit information for every night of your stay in the
country.

We will provide you with visa support invitation to satisfy this requirement and confirming your accommodations/itinerary. No hotel reservations or bookings are needed on your part.

2. Russian Business Visa

This type of Russian visa is issued for travelers, who visit Russia on official or private business. Business visas are best for visitors who doesn’t know their exact itineraries, want to stay in Russia longer than 30 days or need to enter Russia frequently.

Business visas to the Russian Federation may be issued with up to two entries and for up to 90 days. There are also multiple-entry business visas, valid for 6 or 12 months with unlimited entries/exits.

We will apply for your official business visa support to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow.

Russian Tourist Visa

1. Your original passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages (passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia).

2. Two copies of Russian visa application form completed and signed.

3. Four passport-size photo signed on the back.

4. If Individual Traveler: Confirmation of hotel arrangements from authorized Russian travel company, or directly from the Russian hotel, showing reference No. and confirmation No. for the visa. (we provide)

5. Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel.

Russian Business Single, Double and Multiple-Entry Visa

1. Your original passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages (passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia).

2. Two copies of Russian visa application form completed and signed.

3. Four passport-size photo signed on the back.

4. For stay exceeding 3 months, or multi entry visa, a HIV test required.

5.Official invitation from an organization authorized to invite business visitors to Russia (we provide)
6. Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel.

Time to acquire visa support depends on client request.

Note: All Russian Visas should be registered upon arrival to the Russian Federation

According to Russian law, your Russian visa must be registered within 72 hours upon your arrival (excluding weekends and official holidays).

If you are staying at a hotel, the hotel will register your visa. You will be asked of your visa and passport. A small registration fee can be imposed.

If you are not staying at a hotel, and travel on a tourist visa, you will have to register your visa at the Passport and Visa Department of the local Police Precinct. As registration rules for private accommodation are complicated and change often, please contact our office immediately upon arrival for detailed information on the registration procedure.

Main Ukraine visas and list of required documents

- Single entry tourist visa for one month.

- Single entry tourist visa for 3 months.

- Single entry business visa for 3 months.

- Multiple entry business visa for 36 months.

Requirements for Foreign Citizens to Obtain Visa to Ukraine

1. Passport must have at least six months remaining validity.

2. Application form fully completed and signed.

3. Four passport-type photograph.

4. For tourists: copy of hotel confirmation or letter of confirmation from tour operator with signature and company stamp (we provide).
Crimea -Ukraine

For business travelers: letter of invitation from Company or Organization in Ukraine (we provide)

Please note: some nationals are not required to have an official letter of invitation to obtain an entry visa to Ukraine (ask for detail)

Important: Starting 1st July 2005 Ukraine sets visa free regime for citizens of Canada and Japan starting 1st August 2005, citizens of the European Union countries, Swiss Confederation and Liechtenstein starting 1st September 2005. This regulation establishes visa-free regime for Canada, Japan, EU, Swiss and Liechtenstein passport holders who may stay in Ukraine up to 90 days
